The price of training is a few £££ per day
The cost for NOT training or inadequate training, could be thousands of pounds or the end of your company!
WHO KNOWS!
We, meaning you as the employer and myself as the trainer are obliged under the Health & Safety at Work Act to ensure operators are properly trained.
If there is an accident and then an investigation, "your insurance company" and "health and safety officers" are likely to question operators asking have you received training, what level of experience did you have before your last training and how many hours training they have received with your current employer.
It's OK!
The people asking the questions are doing their job and they are just checking that you have done yours before they pay out any of their money from your premiums!
